I have no contract and my boss wants to reduce my wages and set up a bonus scheme. Where do I stand with this?

I have no contract of employment and now my boss wants to reduce my wages and set up a new bonus scheme. What can I do about my contract and where do I stand?

Your boss cannot change your terms and conditions of employment without either your agreement or by giving you contractual notice of a change. If you have more than 12 months service and the change leaves you worse off you may have a claim for Constructive Dismissal.
